Silas Hite
Silas Hite is an Emmy nominated artist and composer currently living and working in Los Angeles, California. His commercial scores have earned him a Cannes Gold Lion Award, a Grand Effie Award and Adweek's Spot of the Year.

He contributed memorable music to some of the top selling video games of the past ten years and created scores for many blockbuster and independent films. His score and original songs routinely play in television shows around the world.

His music has played in such venerable institutions as the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, the Los Angeles Museum of Contemporary Art, the New York Museum of Modern Art, and as of the spring of 2014, The Whitney Biennial.

Ben Decter
Ben Decter had no doubts about what he wanted to do as a child. After begging his parents for piano lessons - and later a synthesizer, he eventually dove head-first into music composition at Harvard University.

After moving to Hollywood, he began working with Mike Post, creating music for NYPD Blue, Silk Stalkings and Martial Law. This led to scoring everything from sitcoms to dramas to commercials, and his Emmy-award-winning score for the documentary "Operation Homecoming".

Ben has most recently created music for ABC's "Off the Map" and "Hostages" for CBS. When he's not composing for a living, he's composing for enjoyment - with side-projects including a children's CD, two folk-electronica albums and the development of a musical with the Tony-nominated Kristin Hanggi.

Tom Schultz
Tom's experience as a Creative and Art Director at BBDO, Leo Burnett, Hal Riney & Publicis (to name a few) together with his 15-years of professional composing experience give him a unique perspective as a commercial composer.

After his first guitar lesson at the age of nine, he's taught himself to play just about every instrument he could get his hands on - including some of the very first digital audio workstations. A former co-founder of Acetone in Chicago, and founder of Das Music here in L.A., Tom knows every aspect of the commercial-music business.

Spots featuring his often quirky tracks for multinational clients like Wrigley's, Electronic Arts and numerous dot-coms have regularly been featured in Shoot's Top Tracks, Adweek & Creativity - and have garnered just about every advertising accolade from Addy's to Lions.
